Lakewood Gardens Memory Care is actually located in the city of Downey on Lakewood Boulevard, north of the city of Lakewood.  Our memory care residential community, which offers a more comprehensive assisted living experience for those needing Alzheimer's care or dementia care, is in the southeast region of Los Angeles, California, in a region known as the "Gateway Cities".  These include the cities that are closest to us, and where many of the residents who live here come from, are Downey, Lakewood, Norwalk, Lynwood, South Gate, Huntington Park, Pico Rivera, Whittier, La Mirada, Bellflower, Montebello, Hawaiian Gardens, Paramount, and Santa Fe Springs.
